MegaVoice Uganda (MVUG) partnered with CWI (Compassionate Woman’s Initiative) to host a breakfast attended by 37 partners and church leaders on 25 May 2024. Both MegaVoice and CWI were introduced. The food and fellowship were pleasant and most enjoyable. We met several new potential partners and existing partners.

Janko Kotzé is a Performance Psychologist and the Managing Director of fitt Talent, a multi-award winning Talent Management Consulting Firm. He holds a Masters Degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology.

He has guided athletes to Olympic finals and teams to record-breaking achievements.  He has enabled over 70 global organizations to amplify their impact and effectiveness by crafting solutions that allow teams and individuals to realize their best selves.

His own experience as an athlete representing South Africa at the youth, junior, and senior national levels has granted him an intimate understanding of the mindset of an elite performer, further informing his work as a psychologist and coach.
