Carel and Rentia are again planning to travel to the Rendille people in Kenya. You can perhaps not travel, but you can participate in the Audio Bible Project for the Northern Kenya Tribe to the Rendille people by providing funds. This is such a great opportunity to bring the Word of God to an illiterate group of people.

We are excited about the 10 Old Testament books that became available in the last 12 months! We will now be able to take the New Testament with the 10 books to Kenya.

We have initiated an Audio Bible Project for the Northern Kenya Rendille people. This is such a great opportunity to bring the Word of God to an oral people group. We envision the Rendille people worshipping the Lord Jesus Christ as their source of life. We are busy planning this outreach. We plan to leave by road at the end of March. We will have an Itinerary when finalised.

The Pajero, our white camel – the mode of transport for 1600km

The Pajero will be our means of transport. We have started to do some upgrades to get him ready for the roughly 16000 kilometers trip.

We trust God for everything for this part of the Bible Project.

A Bible costs about R550 or US$30 each, but it depends on quantity, shipment to the final destination, and taxes. It also depends on the type of player appropriate, the specific audio content loaded, and royalties.
